The President needs to become more like a Monarch--where he can influence policy directly. The House is the true representation of the Union. The Senate needs to go away or become a majority vote only political body.
Congress should still vote on and work with the president. There should be 2/3rds majority to override the President. Those are the Checks and Balances.
No SCOTUS judge should serve longer than 20 years.
