What did you make of the Tiger Woods interview?

I was just going to comment that MSNBC, CNBC, CNN, CNN HLN and Fox News all played the entire interview live and it's fucking disgusting.
I said this before so this is the last time I'll say it. Tiger Woods is a nerd who has an assistant tell him what sticks to use in order to hit a tiny ball across a giant lawn. The fact that all cable news outlets each devoted an hour to him saying sorry for fucking people is beyond ridiculous and sad.
We're still sending 19 year old kids to Afghanistan so they can get blown up by people who wipe their ass with their bare fingers. Yet that gets zero coverage while a grown man named Tiger gets an hour. A live, uninterrupted hour.
I'll shut up now.

I just can't think of anything more trivial and boring, yet people are still eating it up, what, five months later? The Fox News chyron had a giant red and white "URGENT"message scrolling across it as if some serious shit had just gone down.
It's time for America to put on their They Live shades and realize how we're being duped and lulled into idiocy.
Only problem is that there's no channel to change it to. All news outlets had the story.
I don't think these networks should have to cover anything or not cover anything...ratings decide that in the grand scheme of things. But it's still fucking sad.

I think he was saying whatever he thought the media and his fans wanted to hear. I find it nauseating that Golf Analysts are all backing him 100% because without Tiger, people are less interested in Golf so there might be less of a need for Golf Analysts. :dunno:

Did any of the reporters bother to ask Tiger if asked Elin for permission to play The Masters this week? Isn't he supposed to be "changed" and now "caring" for his wife and family? I dunno, it might be just me, but if I really cared about my wife and family and rebuilding trust with them, I'd probably want to be with them rather than playing golf. It's been only 4 MONTHS since the shit hit the fan! Just sayin' :dunno:

I didn't watch the interview, hell I didn't even know there was an interview until I saw it on Yahoo. I could care less what going on, just let him move on with his life and everyone else needs to do the same thing. People are hypocrites by nature.
