It is a theocracy. Islam's interests come before the state which is a vessel for the ideology.

Theocracy is a form of government. A religion does not have any government.

Anyway, conservatives claiming that Islam is a Theocracy should would better keep their own houses in order and stop wanting to repeal Roe vs Wade bcause God, repal gay marriage because God, require politicians to be christians, etc.
If there's one thing Conservatives and ISIS have in common it's that they think Religion > Law and Government

Rejoicing news? No, absolutely not. People beheading other people and killing them because they are not praising Allah, are far to be an example of tolerance. Same remark with the people from another religion who are trying to impose their religious customs in a welcoming country where they are just guests not even born and bred citizens
