It is probably a good idea to put a title up, but when I post any videos up I always try to post the video from the artists' official page so if they do get played by anyone else here, that artist will actually get something (whatever it may be) for the "play". It is also less likely that the video will get deleted if it's from the artists' official page as it is fully legitimate.

I admit it is not always that simple finding the "Official Video" of the artist, especially with music that is less well known or obscure.
