What are you listening to right now?

Iron Maiden - Fear of the Dark (what can I say - old school)
But, believe it or not, the next CD in line is Carmina Burana.
(and after that Blind Guardian)...

Moon Eye... Believe it or not I loove "fear of the dark" by Iron Maiden... some time ago I was sooooo much into metal, and I definitely have Maiden in my heart, just as I also have Helloween, DRI, and Suicidal Tendencies. But lately I have become more of an electronic music lover, I may say with no doubt that electronic music saved my life in times of really tough depression, and sometimes metal just depresses me a lot, so I try to avoid it when I'm feeling down.

Fortunately... there are options that combine metal and electronic, like Goth Techno and Industrial, I like it a lot too.

Carmina Burana.... What a powerful piece of classical music... makes you kill demons!!!!, you have a great taste for music!

I don't fear the dark anymore... but I still looove that song

Stark,
I have to tell you that in my case, while I was moving through a really 'brooding-mood' period of my life it was actually metal music (Maidens in particular) that helped me (well, that and drawing).
I don't listen to metal any more either. I just occasionally play it to remind myself where I've been and how I came to be who I am, if you know what I mean.
But as for the classic music - you know what they say - it never dies.
Btw thanks for the compliment. Same here

And just so this post is not off the subject - currently I'm listening to 'O Fortuna'

A singer? Lol  I didn't know that.
But in this one week since I've been on this board its hardly the strangest thing I've heard.
And, btw, don't worry, no mixups regarding U2

At this moment the sounds of 'Addagio' from Tomaso Albinoni are flowing from my speakers...

You really have a good taste in music Stark.
As for the adagio - of course it's original classical. Nothing beats it.
I'll listen to the mix you were talking about. Maybe I like it. It certainly comes with good recomendations, lol.

Well, I'm off.
The rest of you have a good morning/day/evening depending on the part of the globe you're from.

Currently listening - 'Classical Gas' performed by Mark Knopfler
