I already ordered some things online.
Amazon Uk had all four seasons Heroes in one box on BD for only 60 € including shipping, taxes etc. Couldn't resist that offer. Good thing I hadn't already bought the DVD version available where I live.
And on Amazon US I found several DVDs and BDs actually. First season Nurse Jackie on BD for just 10 $, Mad Men season three on BD and Weeds season five on BD for the same price, both seasons Party Down on DVD for only 12,50, Whiteout on BD for only 8 $ etc.

Most TV shows are either released only on DVD or are too expensive on BD where I live. First season The Mentalist on BD still costs about 50 € (about 70 $) where I live. Same thing goes for movies on BD. Way too expensive most of the time. So, I say thank you Amazon UK and US.

Sleep in, wake up, play some games maybe get online, check out the news and hear about the poor bastards who are out there scrambling for the sales leaving injured, death, and eerie silence in their wake.

Or worse yet, waking up to 10 degree weather (not including wind chill). You wanna talk about viscious.

What the hell is black friday?

Basically the worst day in the history of the world to go shopping, and also the best day for deals. For people who work in the retail industry that have to work today, it's basically hell. Oh, and did I mention this is an American thing?
