Does anyone know the girl in the top-right picture?

all I can find of her are similar wet T pics from that competition (which, according to the rest of the pics, she seemed to have won), and some memorial day footage from lake havasu. I don't think she's an amateur, and, for instance, the skinny white girl in the next picture isn't either. Does anyone have any info?
