This place is BOSS !! If I must eat fast food, which is exceptionally rare, I'll drive 15 - 20 minutes to the nearest location. There's a BK pretty much a few blocks over.
The employees at In - N - Out are exceptionally courteous, all speak english, are Americans, have the best benefits, offer a much higher per hour compensation package -> $$$ (as compared to the other burger joints) and finally, usually have a lot of cute teens who both work and eat there.

Arbys roast beef "used to be" the kill !!
Anybody have an update ?

the big mac seems to be smaller to me too. either that or im getting bigger
Every Big Mac I've seen for the last decade uses the same patties as the hamburgers/cheeseburgers, even if that's not official.
Unless you have access to a McDonald's manual that says they are otherwise, then there's no legal argument.

But the Quarter Pounder must be 4 oz. pre-cooking weight, and if they f' that up, then it's fraud.
It is extremely easy to prove in court because the name of the product not only has that name, but their disclaimers say 4 oz. pre-cooking weight.

There is no way it could be mistaken with a normal hamburger pattie, even after cooking.
