Maybe you should try phone sex first, seeing as how the only difference really is that with one, you can only hear each other, and with the other, you can hear and see each other.

P.S. fuck it, have a slightly serious answer. I didn't have a webcam but when I first started dating my ex and it was a bit of distance involved, we had a fair amount of phone sex when we were apart for a bit. It was fucking hot.
