Carly and "competence" don't belong in the same sentence. Like I said, she damn near took Hewlett Packard to the mat when she was CEO. On the day that her firing was announced, the company gained $3 billion in market cap. She's not run a public company since they bounced her out the door.

Although Meg Whitman can't figure out which party she wants to suck hind teat on, she's very competent as a business leader. I'd rank her higher than Carly "Can't" Fiorina and The Donald... and I'd rank Trump much higher in that ranking than Fiorina. The only one I'd put behind that moron would be [NOBABE]Sarah Palin[/NOBABE] and possibly Marissa Mayer (formerly of Yahoo) - that's another one who helped ruin a company, but thought that she should be immune to criticism, simply because she had a vagina.
