Nikki . Good luck on your radio shows and your court case. I assure you that everything will be o.k. I get insomnia moments at least 3 or 4 times a month and what helps me fall back ****** is to maybe have in the background some music or a t.v. playing my favorite movie so I can hear the dialogue.
