Someone can't lose their virginity through masturbation. You lose your virginity when you have sexual contact with another person. The only ambiguity I see is whether oral sex counts as losing virginity. Does there actually have to be penetration of the penis in the vagina (or ass for gays)? How can anyone say they were born a non-virgin?

Don't hate. I like to stick to the essential meaning of virginity as well. If you masturbate, watch porn, look at your mother in that "weird" way, and basically any conception of a thought or an act that is relieved of chastity should count as the loss of virginity. I've never heard of this before. Just be aware that the world as I've experienced it does not define virginity by those terms. To me it sounds like alot of virgins might want to see it that way so they can say they're not a virgin. Which would be silly because being a virgin isn't something to be ashamed of.

Well I admitted to being one and got slated by contributors for it. So it is difficult thing for some one to say. You feel that people will just laugh at you and make out that you are retarded or something like that.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being a virgin. It's a very admirable quality, especially in this day and age. God, I wish I was still a virgin. I've only been with one girl, but I completely regret it. I was too young and too stupid to realize what I was doing. I've learned there isn't really a key that works for everyone. With me, it was a control issue. I didn't feel like I had any control over the situation, due to past experiences w/ men just shoving it in my poorly lubed ass as fast as possible.
