I thought we should try to compile a biography database, of sorts, for as many of the vintage models as we could - from the 60s, 70s, and early 80s only. I see in so many posts how people are looking for more biographical info on many of the ladies. So, my thoughts are to try and put it all in one place.
Let's try to do it this way - Model's stage name, model's real name, DOB, place of birth (or area of birth), when and where she started modelling, and years active. There should be some obvious biographical info as needed too. Maybe something like this:
Seka - Dorothiea Hundley, born on April 15, 1954, Hopewell, VA. Graduated Hopewell High in 1972 and got married a few weeks after graduation. Moved to North Carolina and bought an adult book store with her husband, and then several more. She got divorced in 1976 and started doing porn in 1977. She is still active - despite taking many years off.
Nancy Cameron (her real name) - she was born on March, 15 1954 in Pittsburgh, PA. Her mother was a gymnastics instructor at Sokol Gym. Nancy went to school in Arnold, PA - just outside of Pittsburgh. In 1973, she worked as a dental assistant for several months before moving in with a guy in Pittsburgh. He was a music promoter and she started meeting many photographers and big-wigs. She posed for playboy in the mid 70s and again several times into the early 80s. She is not active and lives back in Pittsburgh.
Marilyn Lange (real name) - she was born on January 12, 1952 in Westfield, NJ. She graduated in 1970 and married a musician a couple weeks after graduation. After two years of marriage, she went on vacation with friends to Hawaii and met a guy. She got divorced and moved to Hawaii. In 1974, she was spotted by a Playboy photographer and was in the mag in 1974 for the first time. She was also drafted by a professional soccer team as a promotional joke. In the 90s, she moved back to New Jersey and still lives there today.
I have a lot of partial info on Elaine Moore (Georgia Jackson and Elaine Collins) and Darlene English too, but not complete info. I also have some info on Wendy Marlow and Janice Hurst. I need more info on them though.
