VIDOESZ.COM unresponsive to emails

The site is good but I was trying to ask them about a problem I had they wasn't listed in FAQ and got no response. Sent it
again thinking maybe they missed it. And still no response.
Has anyone joined Videosz.com and had a similar experience?

Not defending videosz (just in case they aren't replying), but have you received any emails from them before?

I know some ISP's are blocking emails from certain legitimate sites. All because of some half assed group that reports suspicious IP ranges, even if legitimate sites are sitting in the range.

Do they offer on-site contact forms or a direct link to a email adress?

Possibly you can use a different approach by another channel.

Is Epoch the billing company? Maybe through them.

Let us wait until some FreeOnes staff say something, they probably have access to those people
