Videos keep starting and stopping

Not sure where to post this.

Since mid December, when I watch a video on Freeones, it keeps stopping and starting. This does not happen when I watch videos on other sites like YouTube. I have checked everything on my end. I see where you are moving to a new player. Could that be it?

What browser are you guys using and is it updated to the latest version?
And what is your internet speed?

I have observed the video repeatedly starting and stopping problem with videos that have 720p HD and 1080p HD resolution. I am now, this morning, seeing the problem using Brave version 0.22.669 (64-bit) and Firefox Quantum version 59.0.3 (64-bit) on my Windows 10 laptop. I have a 1 Gb fiber connection to my router from my ISP. I connect my laptop to my router using wireless (5 GHz). Speedtest.net shows my laptop's connection's speeds as follows: DOWNLOAD 409.73 Mbps, UPLOAD 338.32 Mbps.

Please fix.

Brave is not a common browser and we do not use that to test things with.
I cannot reproduce the problem with the latest Firefox version, so I am not sure what causes your problem but I will report it to the tech guys.

The problem still exists using Firefox Quantum version 61.0.1 (64-bit) and Brave version 0.23.31 (64-bit).

.

The problem also occurs when using Google Chrome version 67.0.3396.99 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Tested this on the same Chrome version you have and Firefox quantum and I cannot reproduce your problem, the videos play as intended.
Perhaps you are using some addon/extension that is causing the problem?

I completed tests for videos on YouTube and FreeOnes with the browser's shields/add-ons/extensions enabled and disabled for Brave, Firefox, and Google Chrome with the version numbers I stated in my last two messages. For all three browsers, YouTube played the videos correctly without starts and stops and FreeOnes' played the videos incorrectly with starts and stops. I include my test results below.

======================================================================

My test videos:

1) Shanda Fay Finger fucks her Pussy in Stockings ( Premium Link Upgrade )

2) Messy Pixie Cut Hairstyle Tutorial ( Premium Link Upgrade )

For the FreeOnes video, one must choose the video resolution, 720p HD or 1080p HD, instead of relying on the Auto resolution. For the YouTube video, one should verify the resolution is 720p HD or 1080p HD.

Like I said before, I cannot reproduce the problem in Chrome and Firefox, also the auto resolution does not cause any problems here.
Also tested it at home with the same browser versions, again no problems.

We do not use Brave since that is not really a browser with a wide spread user base, I doubt most of our users have even heard of it.

I haven't seen other people complaining about the same issues you have (yet).
But if anyone reads this and is having the same problems feel free to report it.
