I preface this with the following. I have met and respect Tera, I know of and respect April Storm. I had dinner with the people at Booble last year and I love those guys and think the world of the person who set it up.
That being said, I feel like the guy in Braveheart except I am a girl. You know the scene, Mel is fighting the good fight up against immense odds but has the life sucked out of him when he learns the deck has been stacked from the inside.

She is by far a more popular and well known porn star that I. I am really up against a machine designed to make a 'star' look like a 'star'. How crazy of me to think I could win such a contest. To combat all that star power I started working insane hours getting support.

At 1.58, with almost no action going on '600 votes' exactly got added to Tera's vote tally. A few minutes later, after I pointed out with a MySpace bulletin that Booble has David Copperfield working for them. A few minutes later Tera's Team put out a bulletin thanking the 'fans around the world.' I looked at Booble's page and saw that on the page Booble is sponsored by Tera with an ad.
So I now know how Mel Gibson felt. I now know that even if I sit in a coffee shop in Atlanta for 12 hours like I did yesterday, sending numbing and annoying bulletins, and rousing people all over the internet, that it is likely not enough. The powers that be do not want the VNA to win folks.
So I asked a few folks on Myspace last night if I should simply call it a day, quit, and move on to more enjoyable things like having sex. To a man they asked me to 'not surrender' and to not lay down my arms. It was ok to be putting in those hours when everyone is on the same battle field but if the deck is stacked, how can I make you guys go through all that?
So I need your input Vette Nation..... comment my page or write me:
- put down our arms and leave the battle field?
- continue to the last man even though it is likely a losing battle?
- move on to things other than my friendly coffee shop?
or
- make those folks work harder for a title than they ever have?
