Dave here, new on your board and it looks good.... so while I expect to get harassed bear with me.

I help Vicky with her run website, Vickyathome.com with her. We changed the site design last year. Vicky is well known in the states. after a few months the alexa rankings are great, the reviews postive, and the content killer (in my opinion). We have been hit with criticism over site design (the guest page). We have looked at all the normal pornstar sites and are reluctant for a massive change because we hate airbrushed sites..... we want a reality feel. That being said I know there is leakage, some amateur looking stuff, and frankly, we have been told that we put way toooo much on the front page. We worried that by removing things like 24 hour camz, or all the weird stuff we have been up to the last year or so in the way of content would result in a lack of sales. We are thus at a quandry...... do a wholesale change, tweak, or something in between..... is there too much leakage? We make money from people leaving the site and signing up for camz.... it is tough because as I said we have higher membership than ever.

Hi Dave. Welcome to Freeones.

There does seem to be a lot of content on the main page. And most of it seems to be the recent updates frame. It took a while to load for me and I'm on a pretty fast connection.

I'm no web designer, but how about just showing the updates for say, the current month, and then have a "More updates" link at the bottom of that frame that will take you to the page of previous month's updates. So the visitor would keep clicking "More updates" to go back a month at a time.

The front page would load quicker for first time visitors and you'd probably save on bandwidth from the people not wanting/needing to load a whole year's worth of updates

My other tip would be not to use red text on blue backgroud. Really hard to read.
