You hit the nail, that's Farrah with Alec Metro in "I Dream Of Farrah" - this scene is one of my favourite Farrah's boy/girl scenes. The DVD quality is actually decent. Farrah had 4 tattoos in those days (bracelet-like bunch of flowers on her left biceps, flower on her right breast, palm tree on her upper right back and little shield with some text on her inner left calf). The three latter mentioned ones were adorning her body even it the very beginning of her porn career - as you guess, the pictorial has been retouched.
