After all this time, I found a different pic. The pic was attached to a link which said, "Eve A - Cheri Magazine".
The link was dead, and I haven't been able to confirm. Maybe someone else can help.

As you have no doubt seen, it is speculated on NTP that it could be one of either Heather Christensen or Heather Carolin but I can't be sure of either, and neither can they.
Someone did actually confidently answer it as Heather Christensen in another topic on there but I think there's a reason it didn't get any support or marked as the answer.
Anyway, this is why it's worth extra points on there... because seemingly nobody can come up with the answer.

It sure as hell is not Heather Carolin. My eyesight may be bad, but it's not that bad!
Still looking, but TBH, she looks more like Scarlett Keegan than either of the Heather's.
Maybe @jamesw can take a crack at this...

Quite possibly Post # 1 may be from a Digital Desire photoset. That means the photographer would be J. Stephen Hicks. Although, Stephen throughout his life may have used other contributing photographers at his website as well. Mark Lit being one of them. Anyway, Stephen photographed many models in that "style." especially the top horizontal picture. From there, he would zoom in on her genitalia in follow up photos. It was kind of his trademark.

Even though I commented that she looked more like Scarlett Keegan, I know it isn't her either as she never did any "genitalia" pics.
But, the pics do give off that "Digital Desire" vibe.
If you refer to post 22, you'll see a possible name/source was found. Maybe one of those photographers worked for Cheri magazine, I don't know, but I've never been able to confirm if that info is correct.
