Velicity Von is NOT now nor has she EVER been on heroin! We are fully prepared to take legal action against anybody who continues to state this as fact. We find these baseless allegations to be defamatory in nature and we will seek punitive damages when filing suit against anyone who makes false statements about our client. Ms. Von is extremely dedicated to her career and is a professional in every sense of the word. She loves her fans and appreciates your support. Now what is the point of saying that when no one in this thread actually said it?
Because if you repeat a lie enough, people start to believe it and I wanted to answer the question for EVERYONE once and for all. Because this has gotten out of hand it was necessary for her to seek legal counsel to defend herself.
If they are then it is bad on them for threatening someone for just asking a question. Nobody in this thread said she was a **** addict.

Libel, Slander and defamation of character. How much work would you get if there was a rumor saying that YOU were a junkie? The first person who said it on here states it as a fact, which is totally not true. You aren't allowed to slander people or interfere with their ability to earn a living. Look it up if you doubt what I am saying.
It's NOT so, nor has it ever been. Ms. Von appreciates her true fans who have helped her to dispel this falsehood.
