Uploading pics

I click on the manage attachments to upload a picture but the screen just turns teal colorish, I'm on my phone btw, but it was working a few days ago, any help? Thanks

A couple of questions:

Are you on an iPhone or an Android device?
Are you using the full site or the mobile version or the board?
And what browser are you using?
