I saw this as a gif on Reddit and no one identified who she is or what it's from. I tried doing a reverse image search but had no luck, only the same gif comes up without a name. I did see one gif that appeared to have a website name on it but it was blurry and unreadable, looked like it could be from TeamSkeet.com though.
