Hopefully they won't have the same problem as the iPhone auto-correct.

They're probably going to be nothing more than an in your ear real time Google Translate. And we know how accurately spot on THAT is. :D You'd probably be advised to not take them at their word, but rather only as - Use at your own risk half-baked guides.

In other words, for example ... I really only use Google Translate between English and Spanish. English is my first language and Spanish my second. I know plenty of Spanish, enough to where upon seeing a Google Translate translation, I can tell whether it's pretty much spot on ... or very good, but needs tweaking ... or is flat out backwards and / or unusable bullshit. I wouldn't trust using Google Translate to translate between English or Spanish and another language that I don't know anything about. I would never know what degree of accuracy I'd be getting so as to compensate and tweak.

That's how I would approach the use of those Universal Translators.

Never be able to do it in real time. It hears "there" or is it "their" can't analyze/translate until the whole (or hole;) sentence.

I use google translation but more for the grammar.
But sometimes i can't find the English word so i use it, looks weird sometimes, so when i writte something that mean nothing you can be sure i have used google to do. :D
