They are usually 1 or two inch sticky silicone discs that they stick to their nipples before using a tanning bed. Breasts being prone to cancer and all that. Personally, if you're gonna tan once or twice a week, you deserve the cancer... might as well skip the nip discs and at least look good...
I have always found that "1-piece" setup interesting. I like when the boobs are spread and you see them molded together like that. Maybe I'm weird, but its sexy.
