Two Worlds

I got it yesterday and I am pretty happy with it . First off let me just say that most people who liked Oblivion will like this game but be aware that it's not exactly the same type of game . In two worlds , everything is much more harder to understand than in Oblivion . The part I **** the most is trying to find a location on the map when you are doing a quest , it gets confusing at times . The graphics are good but not better than Oblivion , the fighting system is hack and slash and the magic system is pretty straight forward ; you select a spell and you put it in your active window , then you pull the left trigger to use it . The story so far , seems cool and the some of the side quests have been fun some haven't . So all in all this is a good game but not better than Oblivion by any means .

8/10

The more I play the game , the more I like it . I'm now level 25 and it's getting better and better . I think in the end I will have to raise the note I gave it a bit .

it's turning out to be a great game...despite the problems with it

Played a quick demo in one of the stores here in the UK and I gotta admit it certainly doesn't look as clean and crisp as Oblivion, camera is not too bad but the graphics just seem to be missing that certain something. the guy in the store just kept on saying but look at the *****. creepy! and nerdy!

Gonna have to finish bioshock first, then IF and only IF I got some spare cash after stranglehold and Halo 3 I might give two worlds a go.

Gotta say I'm a little dissapointed might as well stick to Oblivion.

Ouch!

Premium Link Upgrade

I'll wait for the price to go down, but I'm still interested.

This game really deserves to be played . Sure it takes a long time to understand how everything works ( I just found out how to enchant weapons after 25 hours of play ) but when you do figure it all out it becomes a great game . I have reached level 55 and my character is now a badass fighter and magic user . I don't really understand why people say the graphics are horrible because they are far from that , sometimes the graphics are very good depending where you are in the world . I agree that Oblivion has better visuals but that game has incredible graphics so it's hard to compare the 2 games . All in all , people should give this game a "real" try because they are going to miss out on a very entertaining rpg experience .

How do you enchant weapons?

As much as I liked Oblivion, the expansions ruined it for me, Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles etc, were just dull and boring! Oblivion is being re-released with all the expansions thrown in, so that Exclusive Download Content was bullshit then!

Two Worlds is already selling a little cheaper than other new games, £32.99, also out this year is Dark Messiah of Might & Magic (looks sweet) and Mass Effect. It's a good year for RPG's

How do you enchant weapons?

Ok first of all you have to choose an enchantment like +50 % fire damage as an example . Then you put your cursor on it , press the "Y" button then you press "X" and you choose a weapon to put the enchant on and you press "X" again . You use the same method for stacking weapons except you choose a weapon instead of an enchant .

I was looking forward to this game, but the reviews are scaring me away. Good to see some of you are enjoying it though.

The best advice I can give you is : rent it if youre not sure , but give it a real good try and play it for a long time because at first it's a bit confusing and you may discourage yourself . After a while it slowly becomes a great game .
