that site is dead to me.
what on earth were the mindgeek people thinking? they mess with the formula of a successful site, rig the treat of the year vote because the runner up won't do b/g, and now it seems like all the treats have to do b/g.
if that weren't enough, they cut number of updates in half to give the members "quality" which is just a load of BS.
I had a membership there for years, but not anymore.

What happened with the Treat of the Year results was a travesty. It turned off a lot of the models, drove away one of their best photographers and some dedicated Twisty's people, and pissed off tons of loyal subscribers. I'ver never seen a business of any sort do that with such impunity. But they got away with it because they knew they could. Twistys will be successful for them because 99.9% of people on the internet won't know or care about what happened.
I can tell you that I let my subscription lapse long before this happened. The quality of the photography had deteriorated greatly over time, there was a lack of diversity among the models (very few girls of color), and ironically enough, not enough B/G content for me. Now they've upped the B/G content, but there are still very little diversity, the photography is getting worse, and it's clear they don't care about their customers. I went back to 2003 with Twistys. It once was a great site. Too bad.
