there's a stone-age simple solution to this problem: chains and shackles, secure every passenger to their assigned seat and run it like a prison transport, armed guards with less-lethal weaponry (i.e. non-penetrating rounds, blunt weapons etc)...just sayin, if it's that big of a concern, you're not supposed to be leaving your seat often anyway, wouldn't take much to have an escort, plus it'd be a decent make-work program...oh and secure the flight crew from the passengers while you're at it just in case...just an idea
