Switch to 'desktop view' on your phone to see the full options. The white circle is your best option - one upload and done. (Dont upload HQ images, just enough to get the job done. Under a meg, no 3000x2000 stuff.)
If you 'attach files', dont forget to check the checkmark box and insert. Otherwise it just lingers on the server. SOME..where..
