I tried to use the same brand Visa debit card to join some sites run by TRPay. The charge was denied. I got two different excuses from My Green Dot: 1. They don't do business in Greece, and 2. Greece is fine, but you have to apply for a permanent My Green Dot card first.
Anyone know what the real truth is, or know of a debit card that DEFINITELY works with TRPay?
