If this guy can provide proof that Palin truly was ******* her power (especially before election day), this could be the nail in the coffin for McCain/Palin, IMO.

Court proceedings would happen after the election since we are so close now.But the senate of Alaska which looked at this has already determined Palin ****** her power of office by letting her husband be so involved in it.But to be honest this like the stuff about Obama (ayers and such) is not resonating with voters.All anyone wants to hear is substance about the economy right now and they get mad like they are at McCain and his attacks that focus on anything else.

I don't like her but there's too much bias on both sides to make a real decision. I'd **** to have to judge this.

I tell you one thing, while all of this domestic ***** was allegedly taking place, I pity the estranged wife (Sarah's ****** is it ?) as well as the tazed ***** to have to put up with such a dickhead of a ****** / ex husband, and have, by the reports that I've read, little if any defense against him.

Is it safe to say that it's a good 'ol boy network of state troopers up there in Alaska, where everybody covers each others' ass. Sure sounds that way to me.

On July 28, 2008, The Alaska Legislative Council (bipartisan - 8 republicans - 4 democrats) voted unanimously to hire an independent investigator to invetigate Palin and her staff for possible ****** of power.

McCain didn't name her as his VP candidate until September 1st.
