I'm surprised Gates McFadden wasn't on the list. That ST:TNG episode where the crew gets all horned up (and Data gets lucky!) - one of my faves where her and Picard try to resist their carnal desires.

She should definitely be on the list and Famke Janssen should have ranked higher too and Ashley Judd and Uhura should be at the top too...for me:

Best captain: Picard
Best girl: Linda Park
