To be honest, I wish Christopher Daniels would come back as himself. Why is it that AJ and Daniels, who were TNA's biggest names a while back, are reduced to being merely comedy acts?

They are giving new guys a chance while still staying active on the program?

That's my answer. They will eventually come back as themselves. I would assume.

Something other wrestlers could take as examples. Like, Shawn Michaels for one.

If TNA couldn't do anything with Raven, then there's no point in them hiring Sandman. They would just end up ruining him even more so.

TNA focuses more on the wrestling. TNA's women's division is far superior to WWE's because of that.
But, they have a story to it.
