Guys like this get to be as prominent because UK lawyers will twist every single possible piece of UK or EU legislation to keep high-profile radicals in the country, often because protracted legal disputes over deportation are lining their slimy pockets. Send all the radicals back to somewhere with sharia law, send all the lawyers with them, and we'll all be happy.

I just don't understand the point of coming to a Christian nation that spends A LOT OF MONEY on caring for these people (which i don't mind, at all, if they don't do shit like this) and talking about how they're going to change it etc. if you want Finland to be like the palce you fleed from, why'd you even leave?

Now you know how some Americans feel about this stuff, when everyone wants us to cater to them. If you immigrate to a country, I feel you should be willing to accept THEIR way. It doesn't mean you have to abandon your heritage, but The language, and law, should be respected as it has stood, for centuries.

There is also a pressure to spread Islam through migration into non-Muslim controlled areas and to give a Dawah or testament of Islam.

They move because their governments will see them as a threat to power and throw them in jail at the least.
That and their Islamic societies are economically backward. There are even Imams who say that taking welfare in Europe is okay because it's the Jizhya that non-Muslims owe Muslims for being allowed to live without accepting Islam.

The problem is the press loves his little rants as him and his cronies on the front pages help sell papers, most muslims I know (and I know a lot) have never heard of him and are bemused at why he's constantly in the news. In any case the Turks will never let Kurds rise up and take over a country, there are so many different sects of muslims at each others throats they could never band together into a unified group with shared goals, just look at all the sectarian violence in Pakistan, Syria and Iraq etc. ps This is how I like to remember Anjem Choudary
