I'm going to have to say Street Fighter 2,Top ***,the sit down version of 1942,Icari Warriors,and the unbeatable(meaning that I've witnessed people pour 10 bucks in quarters and still not finish it) Gauntlet.

This list may change when I ponder it some more.
