Anyone who thinks Kobe is above MJ can't have seen Mike in the second threepeat years. That guy started to choose his spots and if you saw a run of possessions on either end where the team were struggling MJ would make a play, either demanding the ball on offense or making something happen on D.
Kobe's real good too but he can't impose himself on a game in the same way... he was at his best when he played with shaq, he seemed to play more like pippen, setting stuff up, playing tight d and scoring when necessary, which obviously wasn't as often
Both great players, just take it for what it is and be glad you can see them scaring the **** out of the rest of the league!
