I hope my company will do some soul-searching why TIME magazine will remotely even mention the uneducated, farmer-turned-factory workers as runner-up of TIME PEOPLE OF THE YEAR
Here in North America, the management are fighting with employees and the result is poor output, loss of contracts, jobs and exports of jobs and imports of trillions (not billions) of goods from India, China, Brazil.
*****, ****** ****** can not solve problems, cutting employees airbags, their tires, springs, brake lines, brake systems can not solve labor relationship problems.
We must lower the temperature of hostility in a labor relationship.
By working together, it is a win-win situation.
Stop the `setting employees up`mentality, and use that energy to channel into better labor relationship.
I hope my CEO can read this article and learn that no one should deserve to be harassed.
