Yeah most of the Gerry Anderson Super marionation shows were good stuff IMO.And they got better with the puppets with each newer one.Here are the ones I remember best,all out on DVD too.There was a cool spoof of them that MTV had called the "Super adventure team" which you can't get right now and of course "Team America-World Police" was based on his puppets.

Yeah, I remember them. That was a long time ago. I don't think Lady Penelope would go over big these days because she always had a cigarette in her hand but it was classy with a cigarette holder.

I remember the first 3 as a kid. Thought Team America was a fun satire of them with a little GI Joe thrown in too. Recent Thunderbirds was junk.

Pay close attention during the thunderbirds movie, when allan has his hand on the throttle, the closeup shows a puppet hand. Nice little tip of the hat to the days when close ups had human hands.

Yep....my first thought as well. I've seen them at least a dozen times....they are the best. Their bomburst maneuver is beyond compare. In fact, I have signed picture of the entire team from 1967 (flying F-4s). Awesome stuff. Anyway.....back to the thread.
