Three identifications very difficult.

I'm not sure edirons22. The photo at least not the same.
The background is different and the man's arms are hairless in your photo, and he has hair in the one I've uploaded.
 
Per my answer in another thread, I think #3 is Carlotta Champagne ... not sure though. :dunno:

I think edirons is right. Backgrounds can be manipulated, when you look at the details of that picture you can see its the same.
