I agree it's the same woman, and I too couldn't find it listed on any resource sites, but it had to originate somewhere, because Google gives a lot of results with "Jessie Hazel" porn as a search query. And, looking at the image results on Google, it's certainly the same woman.

However, I did delete your posts (except the one from today) in that latter thread as they were members-only links.
