And I'd like to ask our resident alias finder @Connor Macleod where the name Mimi comes from because I can't find it anywhere other than in her thread title here.
And I would’ve questioned the Foxy Katrina name if it wasn't for this because it sounds like a conjoined name that FreeOnes might have been responsible for in the past... even though it looks like she might not have a profile here. Premium Link Upgrade

Fair enough... I guess. I'm sure they must've had a good reason to add it (ie. it was the truth) but it's inconclusive given that it can't be accessed on the Wayback Machine and no other site lists it so its difficult/impossible to prove so you literally have to take their word for it. Seems like none of the other sites have gone with this.
By the way, I know (now) that PornTeenGirl list the name Mimi on their list of websites in the same manner as indexxx but I still find it odd that they make you hover your cursor over "alias" in order to see a list of aliases. Some people might not even realize they are there and think it is just a redundant field.

This is why I check all the resource sites to find aliases. IAFD is one that bothers me though, because they rarely list the site(s) where an alias is used.

The site's alias data appears to be inconsistent. In many cases, a performer is credited under a different name in individual scenes, but that name isn't added to the aliases listed on their main profile. This means aliases can easily be missed, especially for performers with large numbers of scenes, since checking every scene individually is often impractical.
Conversely, some aliases are listed on profiles despite not appearing as credited names in any of the scenes associated with that performer.
I would have expected any credited name that differs from a performer's primary site name to automatically appear in their alias list, but that doesn't seem to be how the system works. Instead, aliases appear to be maintained separately and may not always be kept up to date.
It would also be extremely useful to be able to search or filter by aliases, as this would make finding performers and identifying alternate credited names much easier.
Long story short... it is an incredibly useful resource, as are all the other sites we often reference - but none of them are perfect.
Every site has its own pros and cons, but by combining information from multiple sources, you can achieve a level of completeness and accuracy that no single site offers by itself.
