I know you have won over someone from "our side" recently but this investigation is not being conducted by a congressional committee, it is being run by the FBI. The FBI that turns their findings over to the DOJ that answers to the Obama administration.
If anything comes of this, it won't be Benghazi 2.0 it will be Hillary's dumbassery 1.0 and a lot of people have been held accountable for doing a lot less.

Investigate, come up with nothing, investigate again. Throw as many accusations, make as many implications and insinuations as possible, hope something sticks, even though the investigations find Hillary Clinton guilty of nothing, a PR campaign aimed at tarnishing Clinton as much as possible. Unfortunately for the GOP she comes out looking better every time they try to cover her in mud. I'm no Hillary fan, just an apathetic and disillusioned social liberal that sees Hillary as a friend of Wall Street with no intention of voting for her, I've taken some degree of satisfaction in seeing her put on the hot seat, but at some point these fellas are going to have to realize that the heat they're trying to put on her is only providing a dent-proof temper to her already iron panties. Keep it up and watch her sail into the White House, something I don't particularly savor but will happen at the current decline of the Republican Party.

Interesting that you don't seem to realize that an FBI investigation could easily start looking at the accusations and the substance, or lack thereof, the accusations that have been made against Clinton. How ironic would it be if the actual subject of investigation and subsequent prosecution could be the ******* partisan smear campaign that has kept the BENGHAZI!!! conspiracy theory alive?
The FBI seized her servers. They are not investigating whether or not she was railroaded.

An investigation is not criminal activity, even if it is partisan.
The very people that make the laws that the FBI enforces are doing the investigation. And testimony before any congressional committee is even more important than in a court of law. You seem to be holding out hope that somehow committee members are charged with something. In fact, you seem more concerned over Hillary Clinton than you are over the potential damage she has done to this country through her incompetent behavior.

Of the same event: One investigation, no, nothing overtly political about that. Two investigations, ok, thoroughness is a virtue. Three investigations? Uhh... ok, starting to become a bit redundant. Four investigations, are we sure about the motivation here? Five, Six, Seven investigations et.al., uhhh... no, it's time to stop this politically motivated bullcorn.

The good thing is: It's not one of the series of GOP Benghazi committees, which all came up with very little, if any att all, that can be thrown at Hillary. How many committees did they put up, 18? And they< want to go back in and throw more dirt.
In the end, there will be a FBI report about what they have to say about the email issue, and that will be that. I believe it can lead to a sentence stating she should not be in a public office. But I think it is unlikely. I rather believe that it will go like with the Benghazi hearings:
Hillary will look better after the whole thing, as she seems to be polling better now the last Benghazi hearing went south so blatantly.
