Well, there is the tattoo serach function at iafd.com. But yoiu need to identify the tattoo on the person you are looking for like text or things like "rose", "tribal" etc.

I don't know, I thought their noses looked pretty similar. Plus I know that the second picture is older, lack of tattoos. She could have had work done on her nose. In any case, thanks for the input.
