These two images got me banned from Facebook, draw muhammed day

As I'm not a member there I believe it is prudent to ask: are you allowed to post pornographic pictures on Facebook?

You sure it wasn't the fact that the first picture involves Mohammed straddling a cock that you got banned?

They'll be sorry when those pictures become an addition to the Louvre.

I guess I just don’t understand why you would want to intentionally go out of your way to try to offend someone’s religion.

Sure the Mohamed can’t be drawn seems goofy to me, but why would you go out of your way to try an upset people?

I get what you're saying and this is all certainly aimed to be provocational, but the reality is, just being religious is immediately dismissive to the majority of the rest of the world. To belong to any faith means that you claim a "spiritual" and intellectual superiority to anybody who doesn't share that faith. To me that's way more offensive than any cartoon.

So here's my Muhammad cartoon.

No you are not. And most likely that is a great excuse for Facebook to ban him. If it was simply due to the fact of drawing Mohammed the whole group would be shut down and many bannings.

The depiction of the prophet is a touchy subject, indeed. Roy Lichtenstein was careful enough to tackle this issue only indirectly.

Actually she was nine.
