They seem to be the ones with no sense of humor, the ones who insult the OSCMs, and inflict their douchebaggery (in tags and elsewhere) despite having no imagination nor anything of value to contribute.
With that said, there is a certain endearing charm to it, as with the witless village man-*****, (only with a hell of a lot more pent up anger.)
