Why, glory be! That car belongs to none other than the Honorable Frank Friendly, Mayor of Old Detriot! He bought that creampuff, for, among other reasons, to out wit the revenuers when escorting a tractor-trailer (or two, or three, or four...) of prime "south"-of the border hooch (his "Myspace" blog states that he got his inspiration from a Burt Reynolds movie). And as for the out-of-state tags, well, they come by a lot cheaper if you go that route (that's our boy, always lookin' to save the City a few nickles when ever he can--his sworn duty, he will tell you), and he gets them dirt cheap due to his "association" with a particular part-time Texican lot he continually strives to ingratiate himself with in that Eastern state (always with the best interests of the City, mind you).

Granted that taking a photo of your car with the spare tire is somewhat idiotic, and i can appreciate the fact not everyone likes the way they look, these cars ("rice rockets" as one member stated) are capable of serious horsepower. that green machine would smoke the aforementioned dodge ram in any form of racing. drag, street or circuit. These cars may be loud and somewhat alien in their appearance, but don't under-estimate the numbers they are capable of pulling. And that superbird, what a machine! if i recall rightly they were restricted in their engine size @ daytona in the early seventies, and thus began the bastardization of NASCAR.
those cars are even faster than they sound.
hahah yea ok... you can say that about any car... guess what if i drop a turbo and upgrade the exhaust on a ford tarus its gonna be fast... doesent mean its a good car....

hahaha man, funny you should say that. ive already got an R32 sitting in my driveway. Mark V 2006 model. its pretty nice, not worth 65k AU. But thats the price for German engineering. Or so they say. And you cant say that about any car, not even the ford Taurus. the Taurus is way too heavy, and why even bother on such a lame car? The R32 is nice, but good ol fashioned American muscle is awesome. Got my lovely, sleek black 1957 chevy bel air, w/ 500hp in the garage and my dad is about to finish his 32 ford roadster which will have approx. 700hp. that thing will be a weapon of mass humiliation. cant wait to take on a few skylines in that thing. ha.
mark v's are sick cars a good friend of mine just wrapped his around a telephone pole doin a buck ten (there safe 2 no injuries) and the roadster sounds sick i just find that Efficiency and tuning beat our muscle everyday of the week....
and i find skylines to be overrated along with evo's... unless you have a shitload of money to put under the hood there just not all there hyped up to be....
