I agree with it, entirely, I'm a chain smoker, have been sine 14, and yeah, I'm gonna die young.
I agree with the ban, personally. No one should have to choose their workplace based on whether or not people will be smoking in there. Secondary smoke is, at the very least, unpleasent and marginally harmful, and your work enviroment shouldn't be polluted with other people's addictions.
