Ivanka Trump ‘snubbed’ by Rex Tillerson over India visit

Rex Tillerson, the US Secretary of State, has reportedly snubbed Ivanka Trump by refusing to send a high level diplomatic team for her upcoming visit to India.

The first ******** is due to lead a US delegation on a trip to the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Hyderabad next week, which will be her highest profile moment representing the United States so far.
She is attending at the invitation of Narendra Modi, the Indian prime minister, and intends to promote backing for women in business.
But the visit became a catalyst for growing tensions between the White House and Mr Tillerson, who was said to be against “bolstering” Ms Trump’s position on the world stage, CNN reported.

White House officials were said to have privately accused Mr Tillerson, America’s top diplomat, of failing to support Ms Trump.
He was said to feel that Ms Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, both senior advisers to President Donald Trump, had “stepped all over” him during the first 10 months of the Trump administration.

The entrepreneurship summit was attended in previous years by President Barack Obama and his Secretary of State John Kerry.
This year the State Department is sending no official higher than the level of deputy assistant secretary.

Mr Tillerson was said to have insisted that only he and his top staff could approve even the smallest details of the travel plan.
“They won’t send someone senior because they don’t want to bolster Ivanka,” a senior State Department official told CNN. “It’s now another rift between the White House and State Department at a time when Rex Tillerson doesn’t need any more problems with the president.”
A State Department spokesman said: “The Department is committed to supporting women’s economic empowerment and entrepreneurship, and the summit is a prime opportunity to showcase the importance of these themes.”

The row came as Mr Tillerson came under fire from disgruntled officials in his own department.
According to the New York Times he refused to meet the State Department’s chief of security for nine months despite repeated and urgent requests, and then saw him for only five minutes.

Mr Tillerson, the former former chief executive of Exxon Mobil, has made clear his intention to cut bureaucracy in the department but critics have accused him of leaving a diplomatic “vacuum” with many posts unfilled.
In recent weeks Democrats on the House Foreign Relations Committee accused him of presiding over an “intentional hollowing-out of our senior diplomatic ranks” including an “exodus of more than 100 senior Foreign Service officers”.

This administration is a mess. Mostly because of Trump's nepotism.

This ironically plays into Trumps agenda though. Promoting women entrepreneurs, gender equality and making trade deals with third world countries was never a top priority for him. In fact he is all about break the NAFTA deal. Women are supposed to be objects and it is okay to grab them by their P***Y whenever you want.

I'm pretty sure NAFTA will still be there by January 2021, I'm pretty sure he will do nothing to break it (or maybe he'll pretend to try breaking it, voluntuary fail and then pretend democrats made it impossible to break).
NAFTA is bad for the people, for middle-class and poors but good for corporations and billionaires.

A recent example of the President trying to meddle around to protect the interests of giant corporations instead of the average Americans Joe. He is trying to turn over CFPB, an agency that wants to ensure the customer and investor has complete transparency about what financial organizations are doing with their money. I remember working in projects when CFPB was implemented, it was hell of an update for banks all across the country but at least the interest of the common man was protected.

Clearly tearing down CFPB will not help Trumps base who are a bunch of ignorant people. They would rather support Trumps because he speaks what they want to hear…..

How minorities are full of ****, Muslims are all terrorists, Latinos are all gang bangers, Women can be fucked with any time, don’t even worry about what they think of Black people and how White people are all saints.

I am surprised how there is no discussion going on about Trumps meddling with CFPB which is germane to the protection of financial interests of the common man in America.

'He's not a Muslim or a migrant': Police in Netherlands say Donald Trump's retweeted video is fake news: Attacker beating up boy on crutches is DUTCH

A video retweeted by Donald Trump of a Muslim migrant beating up a boy on crutches was today dismissed as fake news by police in the Netherlands.

A spokeswoman said the attacker in the video is a Dutch national - and not an immigrant as claimed by British nationalists.

The video is six months old and was filmed in Monnickendam, ten miles north of Amsterdam, they said.

A Monnickendam Police spokeswoman told MailOnline: 'The guy in the video attacking a boy on crutches is a Dutch national.'
Meanwhile respected Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf quoted sources as saying that the perpetrator is 'not a Muslim, let alone a migrant, but just a Dutchman.'

Over the past year, Trump has routinely compared himself to Reagan and embellished his ties to the GOP icon. The Donatelli memo is one of several pieces of evidence in the archives at the Reagan presidential library here that show no meaningful relationship ever existed between the two men.

A review of every Trump mention in the Reagan files shows that White House aides spent much of the 1980s trying to gently reject the mogul’s self-aggrandizing overtures without bruising that “large ego” of his.

Reagan’s oldest ***, Michael, said earlier this month that his *** “would not tarnish himself by voting [for] Trump.” Several Reagan advisers have made the same point, both publicly and privately.

***BREAKING NEWS***

Trump In Talks To Hand Over First Lady As Russian Spy In Exchange For Clemency

President Trump has told special counsel Mueller he’s prepared to snitch on wife, ****, even his hairdresser to avoid indictment

ith the threat of a presidential indictment now at his doorstep, it appears that Donald Trump will stop at nothing to avoid being arrested, prosecuted, impeached, possibly even imprisoned, and that includes snitching on his entire ******.
With the news on Friday that Michael Flynn, the president’s disgraced national security adviser, has admitted to lying to the F.B.I and is cooperating with Robert Mueller’s office, it seems only a matter of days before the special counsel’s unerring ax falls on the Oval Office.
That has prompted President Trump to contact Mr. Mueller directly in hopes that he can give up a ****** member or two in exchange for clemency.
The president has reportedly already told the special counsel that he would be willing to hand over the First Lady along with proof that she is in Putin’s pocket. Mr. Trump is apparently in possession of a copy of Tolstoy’s Anna

I saw that article during the campaign and it didn't surprise me. Regardless, that handshake was one MAGA to another, whether they realized it or not. Both were the right men at the right time in their respective histories. And if I can go on a tangent on Michael Reagan - I like him, and I think I read one of books once. But his whole identity (and how he's made a living) seems to be based solely on he being Reagan's ***, when Reagan's actual biological *** has made a name for himself doing whatever he's done -the ballet or something?

But yeah, this current tax cut making it's way through congress is the largest since the Reagan administration. After the '83 tax cut kicked in, we enjoyed an 8% annual growth and Ronaldus Maximus won 49 out of 50 states in '84.

A more apt comparison would be Carter and Obama. That malaise and suck tho.

MAGA

No ****. I often wondered why there was no misery index through all of Stompy Foot's tenure. Eight years of stagnant economy and he did nothing to help it. Or rather, he did everything he could to tank the economy. Every decision he made was counter-intuitive to growth.

Tax cut? That was in 81, right? Google is telling me that Reagan's bills of 83 and 84 created what tax historian Joseph Thorndike referred to as "the biggest tax increase ever enacted during peacetime".
That 7.3% GDP was a one year phenomenon ('84) that leveled off to an average of slightly less than 4 the rest of his presidency.

And it was during Reagan's presidency that we first became a debtor nation.

Correct, it was '81 but it was phased in over a 3 year period. Reagan's actual tax guy was on tv yesterday morning talking about it. And that Reagan's approval ratings dropped into the 30s before the tax cuts really took effect. And the rest is history.

Art Laffer. Reagan's economic advisor. He's talking to Maria Bartiromo right now. He said the mistake made with the '81 bill were the tax cuts were delayed and resulted in the recession of '81 and '82. It wasn't til the summer of '83 that they really took effect and the economy took off.

The House version needs to win out and the corporate tax rate cut needs to be effective Jan. 2018 instead of delayed to 2019 in the Senate version.
