They actually don't need to do anything to it. It's falling out of what was it's fucked up orbit to begin with and now burning up in the atmosphere.

The mistake this "replace" made was trying to hold on to the most popular provisions of Obamacare (pre-existing conditions) when those are the primary reasons it's death spiraling to begin with.
