I've always said that some of the best policy ideas come from the conservative side and I stand by that, but wow, some of that crazy factor is just too far out there. After eight years of Democratic leadership it wouldn't hurt this country to have some balance and I believe that if given the opportunity the right Republican would make a truly great president. I'm open to the possibility.

He wasn't that liberal, he blew out the deficit and the national debt while lowering taxes on the rich while increasing them on the poor and middle class and gutting services like education to try to plug the hole in his hemorrhaging economy. Classic republican traits.

If the GOP hadn't been taken over by lunatics, bigots and xenophobes, if the GOP was still what it should be, if the GOP was stil standing for what he should stand for, Kasich would have a shot. But judging by what the GOP has become, Kasich doesn't stand a chance against Trumps, Carson, Cruz or Huckabee.

Where is the rampant bigotry? Blacks are suffering economically the worst under Obama than under any president in a long time. There is no bigotry being legislated by anyone in congress, in fact they are grabbing their ankles for anything Obama wants.
This xenophobia that you speak of has taken hold so badly that close to 1000,000 illegals are crossing our borders every year. The laws against racial discrimination are such that if anyone is denied work, housing, education because of their race the anvil of the judicial system would rain down on them to a point that it would spell the end for anyone engaging in such practices.
