The server is too busy at the moment. Please try again later.

Is there a way to do some sort of remote Ping/Kick on the server whenever it shuts down? :dunno:

Or...hate to say it lads, but maybe it's time to institute some sort of monthly/yearly fee :dunno:

Generate a little revenue for some bigger, meatier, ass pounding servers that can handle huge loads? :dunno:

To bad half, if not more, of the board would stop coming and they would be stuck with very little.

It's called FreeOnes for a reason. Not to mention if they survived this long without a monthly fee they can continue.

Found that neat lil bug who tried to bring down the whole platform.
Took him apart and hung it on the highest tree I could find.

Long story short......
Should be fixed now.

I thought the rich got the best of the best and the poor got the crumbs leftover on the table???

Yep. You know what is even more funnier?
The poor honor the rich people and the rich people need the poor people to get richer.

We already have a "ping system" installed. However this does not always prevent us from going down on some parts of the site.

Right now there are no plans for introducing any fees. I can tell you though that last week I did order for a huge amount of new servers. Now we first have to wait before they arrrive and install everything. Please give us about 1 more month.

Cool. But if it comes down to paying, no problem. I have ~whimsy's~ credit card number.

Sure.... And if she hits her CC limit, we will use you as a Peruvian flute band player and let you play at shopping malls.

That's ok. I am more willing to help you out with a monthly fee, my friend.

Because I am currently using your identity and social security number to open up credit card accounts.

i was getting this quite a bit recently and not just on FO. found out the problem wasn't FO but Google Chrome, my web browser. If anyone is using chrome and running into this then click on the wrench and go to options > under the hood and make sure DNS pre-fetching is not enabled.
